A Strong Visual Identity
We are very pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for a new modular commercial building development in Cotswold District Council.
The development provides storage for both private and business customers within 26 purpose made containers, arranged over two floors and subdivided into a number of unit sizes to suit all needs. The design features a cantilevered container at the front of the site to create a strong visual identity. The units will sit on the existing car park surface and will be powered by PV cells located on the roof. Rainwater will also be harvested on the site, with the aim of creating an operationally carbon neutral business.
Architecture & Brand Development
Alongside the architectural design, we have been working with the client to produce a set of brand mockups for the storage business that will operate on the premises. As the scheme commences, we are looking forward to further developing the brand’s identity in tandem with the physical space. This approach allows for the seamless integration of graphic and architectural design, resulting in a harmonious and interconnected experience.
We would like to express our gratitude to the esteemed planning consultants, Evans Jones, for their valuable input and guidance throughout the planning process. Their expertise played a pivotal role in securing the necessary approvals, allowing this visionary project to come to life.
