The Studios
The studios are a speculative development aimed at providing start up space for new businesses using refurbished redundant garages. The garages were Grade II curtilage listed and in the central Conservation Area of Cheltenham. Businesses include the Scandinavian Coffee Pod, planting experts the Junglist, with a cocktail bar by Four Cats to open soon.
The project was awarded a Civic Award as a result of its positive contribution to the built environment.

The brickwork outbuilding located behind Royal Crescent, was used in recent years for storage and car parking.
We achieved planning and listed building consent for our client in May 2015 to convert the building into a cafe and studio spaces.
Junglist have created a biophilic shopping experience in their botanical atelier.
The Scandinavian Coffee Pod is built upon the principle of doing simple, well.
Previously a pop-up cocktail bar, "Four Cats" has now found a permanent home at The Studios for its bar and bottle shop.
